Shipping Policy
We aim to ship every domestic order out within 1-2 business days and every international order within 3-5 business days within our days of operation (M-F). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped as soon as we are back in operation. During times of holidays and sales, processing times will be extended.
Free shipping is only available for the continental United States. Not available for International Orders or Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Once an order is processed, we no longer have the ability to change the delivery method. Processing times may be extended in times of promotional sales.
Shipping Methods Domestic:
All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground (Estimated 1-5 business days, no PO Boxes).

We do not offer expedited shipping options for domestic orders.

Duties and Taxes may be applicable depending on your province's set fees. Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 5 to 20 days to deliver.
Shipment Tracking
Once an order is processed for shipment, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipment Issues
For all questions and concerns regarding shipping, please submit a claim with our support team. Any issues regarding your delivered order must be reported within 5 days.
Submit A Claim
If an order was placed with an incorrect address, you can reach out to our support team to have the address adjusted. If it has already shipped, you will need to reach out to UPS to have the address adjusted. We will not replace orders that were shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly.
