Return Policy



  • We do not offer refunds in any case. However once an order is placed it can be canceled if the order has not shipped. Funds will be returned via store credit.

  • All returns must be unopened and in the original state received. To return an item please submit a ticket with our support team. Returned items will be refunded via store credit. 

  • If you are having issues with an item please reach out to our support team by going to our support page
    • Please check our warranty page to confirm warranty eligibility.
    • While accessories, batteries, and glass tops do no feature a warranty, we will replace any defective accessories if reported within 30 days of being received. 


  • We can not retroactively apply discounts, if you are having trouble applying a discount reach out to our support team before placing the order.
  • We do not offer refunds or store credit for orders placed before sales, discounts, or promotions.
