Refund & Return Policy

Refunds

Focus V does not offer refunds. However, Focus V reserves the right to extend refunds, selectively,  on a per-situation basis under extreme circumstances.

Additionally, once an order is placed it can be canceled if the order has not shipped. Funds will be returned via store credit or to the payment used for the order on file at the choice of the customer. If your order has been shipped please review the Return Policy below.

Returns

All returns must be unopened and in the original state received. To return an item please submit a ticket with our support team. Please note: If the item is opened after delivery, you may return the unit for store credit only within 30 days of purchasing. If the item is used, it cannot be returned.

While most accessories and glass tops do no feature an official warranty outside of the first seven days since purchase, Focus V reserves the right to replace any accessories or glass if reported within 30 days of being received on a case by case basis only

Shipment Issues

For all questions and concerns regarding shipping please submit a claim with our support team submit a claim. Any issues regarding your delivered order must be reported within 5 days.
