Limited Warranty Policy
Focus V offers a limited warranty on all devices. The warranty start date is established by the date of purchase. This warranty can only be used by the original end-user with a dated proof of purchase. If a claim is received and determined to be valid, Focus V will either:

- Evaluate and determine the product as functional.
- Exchange the product for its specific replacement component.
- Please not: all RMA Parts are manufactured brand new exclusively for warranty cases.

To process a warranty claim:

- Get a photo/screenshot of your receipt or order confirmation email.
- Register your unit on our registration page.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue.
- Provide photo/video media of the issue you are experiencing
- This will need to be uploaded when submitting your support ticket

Submit a warranty request. From there our team will reach out to assist.
The user assumes the responsibility to follow device instructions provided by FOCUS V. This Limited Warranty will NOT apply under the following circumstances:

- Damage is cosmetic, including scratches, dings, overlong exposure to isopropyl alcohol, or normal wear and tear.
- Failure to properly maintain the product or device.
- Focus V determines that the product or device has been improperly used, altered, or tampered with in any way.
- Use of unsupported charging hardware. Charging input should not exceed 5 Volts 1.1-2 Amps.
- The unit has been overcharged. Never leave charging unattended, and do not charge for longer than 2 hours. Remove when fully charged.
- Overfilling the glass top. The water level in the glass top should not exceed the “Focus V” logo. (Never fill your glass top while attached the unit).
- Overloading the atomizer insert. Loading excess product may damage the unit.
- Purposefully removing any non-serviceable parts from the product or device.
- Subjecting to extreme weather conditions. Focus V reserves the right to determine these conditions.
- Tampering with device information. Including manipulating the physical and digital serial number of the unit.
- Focus V Products that are resold by the customer or that are purchased from unauthorized resellers.
RMA Shipping
Domestic
All domestic RMA shipping will be covered by Focus V. If an RMA is inspected and determined to be manipulated, or functions after cleaning the user will need to cover the return shipping costs. Focus V does however reserve the right to waive replacement order shipping cost on a case by case basis.
International
International RMAs will not need to be sent in to us however shipping for replacement orders will need to be paid for by the user. Focus V does however reserve the right to waive replacement order shipping cost on a case by case basis.
