Warranty Policy

Focus V offers a limited warranty on all devices. The warranty start date is established by the date of purchase. This warranty can only be used by the original end-user with a dated proof of purchase. If a claim is received and determined to be valid, Focus V will either: 

  • Evaluate and determine the product as functional. 
  • Exchange the product for its specific replacement component. 

    Please not: all RMA parts are manufactured brand new exclusively for warranty cases.

To process a warranty claim:

  • Register your unit registration page.
  • Get a photo/screenshot of your receipt or order confirmation email. 
  • Record a video of the issue you are experiencing 
  • This will need to be uploaded when submitting your support ticket
  • Submit a warranty request 

This Limited Warranty will NOT apply under the following circumstances:

  • If damage is cosmetic, including scratches, dings and use of alcohol on the base, or if issue is caused by normal wear and tear.
  • Standard degradation of atomizers or batteries.
  •  Customers should note that atomizers are replaceable parts with an expected life of 3 – 6 months with an upwards of 12 with consistent use, and they require regular cleaning and maintenance.
  • If Focus V determines that the Product has been improperly used, altered or tampered with in any way. 


Customer assumes the responsibility to follow instructions provided in user’s manual. Examples of misuse include:

  • Using an incorrect charging block or cable. 
  • Do not exceed 5V 1.1-2 amp chargers.  
  • Overcharging the unit.
  • Never leave charging unattended, do not charge for longer than 2 hours. Remove when fully charged.
  • Overfilling the unit.
  • The water level in the glass top should not exceed the “Focus V” logo.
  •  Loading excess product may damage the unit, limit loading size to .1-.3.
  • Purposefully removing any parts from the unit, including the silicone glass top holder.
  • Subjecting to extreme conditions
  • If customer misrepresents their information, the serial number on the product has been altered, or removed, or if warranty claim is made fraudulently.
  • For any Focus V Products that are resold by the customer or that are purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Please Note: Accessories and Glass Tops do not have an official warranty beyond 7 days, but will be replaced on a case by case basis if defective upon being received and reported to our support team within 30 days.

RMA Shipping

Domestic
All domestic RMA shipping will be covered by Focus V. If an RMA is inspected and determined to be manipulated, or functions after cleaning the user will need to cover the return shipping costs. Focus V does however reserve the right to waive replacement order shipping cost on a case by case basis.

International
International RMAs will not need to be sent in to us however shipping for replacement orders will need to be paid for by the user. Focus V does however reserve the right to waive replacement order shipping cost on a case by case basis.
