All orders placed on a weekend or holiday or after 3 pm PST will be processed within 24-48 hours. During times of Holidays and Sales processing times will be extended. See UPS's Holiday Schedule for more information.

Duties and Taxes may be applicable depending on your province's set fees. Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 4 to 14 days to deliver.
- A tracking number will be dispatched once an order is processed for shipment and sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- For all questions and concerns regarding shipping please submit a claim with our support team submit a claim.
- Any issues regarding your delivered order must be reported within 5 day.
- If an order was placed with an incorrect address you can reach out to our support team to have the address adjusted. If it has already shipped you will need to reach out to the shipping provider (UPS/USPS) to have the address adjusted. We will not replace orders that were shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly.
