Focus V Warehouse typically operates Monday through Friday, 7:30am–3:00pm PST, though hours are subject to change. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 2:30pm PST will be processed within 24–48 hours during the following business week.
Shipping Policy
During times of Holidays and Sales Periods such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, 420 and 710, processing times will be extended. Once an order is processed, we no longer have the ability to change the delivery method. Processing times may be extended in times of promotional sales.
Shipping Methods Domestic:
- Free Shipping (All order $50+)
- UPS Ground (Estimated 3-7 days, no PO Boxes)

Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 4 to 14 days to deliver. The customer may be charged additional duties based on their country and or order declared value, including RMA replacements.
Shipment Tracking
A tracking number will be dispatched once an order is processed for shipment and sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipment Issues
