Don’t worry - your warranty and support are still fully covered. We will continue to honor all warranties, provide customer service, and keep the CARTA 2 app and software updates live to ensure your device continues to perform

The CARTA SPORT launched in early 2025, bringing into the world our next-gen technology, a sleek design, and new features you’ll love. Later this year, we’ll unveil CARTA 3, our most advanced device yet.

Even though the CARTA 2 is discontinued, many users still ask about warranty, accessories, and upgrades. Here are the answers to the most common questions.
Is the Focus V CARTA 2 discontinued?
Yes. The CARTA 2 (also referred to as CARTA 2 or CARTA V2) has officially been discontinued. While it’s no longer available for purchase, we continue to fully support all existing CARTA 2 devices with active warranty coverage, customer service, and software updates.
How to turn on carta 2?
To turn on your Carta 2, rapidly press the power button 5 times. The device will vibrate, the OLED screen will display the logo, and the lights will activate to indicate it is powered on. Key Operations for Carta 2:
- Power On/Off: Press the power button 5 times.
- Start Session: Double-tap the power button.
- Adjust Temperature/Time: Use the (+) and (-) buttons.
- Toggle LEDs: Press the power button 3 times.
- Button Lock/Unlock: Press the power button 4 times.
Important Notes:
- If the device does not turn on, ensure it is charged, as the battery may need to be charged for at least 2 hours before first use.
- Ensure the atomizer is properly screwed in, but not over-tightened.
How do I clean my Focus V CARTA 2 e-rig properly?
Cleaning and maintaining your Focus V CARTA 2 e-rig is straightforward when done correctly. Remove the glass top, INTELLI-CORE® atomizer, and cap, then soak the glass and atomizer components in 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol. Use alcohol-soaked swabs to clean the base airpath and connection pins, and always allow all parts to fully dry before reassembly.
